Personal Training
Personal training sessions are designed for those who prefer more detailed one on one instruction.  The training takes into account your goals, age, background, body type and skill level.

Online Training
Online programs are ideal for those who have attended a workshop and or some personal training sessions and just need help putting together a workout program.
You get a workout of the week, you give feedback via e-mail, and we meet once or twice a month to go over questions, technique, skills and new moves. Contact us for more details >

 

Kettlebell Workshops

Kettlebell workshops are 3-4 hour sessions detailing a particular aspect of kettlebell training. Nutrition Counseling
This program is not a diet, but rather concentrates on lifestyle changes - changes that individuals can live with the rest of their lives. 
Maintaining health requires healthy eating, exercising, reducing stress, along with a positive attitude toward life.

The individual program begins with an initial interview to determine an individual’s Stage of Readiness to Change, and includes 4 individual sessions.
The group session also begin with an initial interview and include 8 sessions plus 2 individual appointments.

All participants in the nutrition counseling program will receive the book If You Don’t Take Care of Your Body, Where Are You Going To Live, a lifestyle journal, and the Educational Edition software to analyze their eating patterns. Contact us for more details >

Yoga
Edwin Olvera from Pilobolus offers Sport Yoga in blocks of 6 or 8 sessions depending on his performance schedule. Check the calendar for dates.
