Red Barn Fitness is a private training facility dedicated to well being.

We draw from our experience and education to offer programs and classes that will enable our clients to explore and fulfill their fitness goals.

We use Kettlebells, Rings. Ballet and Body weight training to achieve core balance and full body integration movement.

We also offer Nutrition Counseling.
